In OVERCOMING PERFORMANCE ANXIETY, Juliette will personally guide you through a Performance Anxiety Self Assessment to help you work out exactly what your fears and concerns are, working to understand your past experiences, triggers and your symptoms. With this information, she’ll lead you through everything you can do to understand and overcome that problem, using the tools, techniques and exercises she has not only used personally but that she has shared in her teaching with hundreds of students to help them overcome their performance anxiety; helping them to return to a place of safety and excitement in performance.
