When is the right time to begin this programme? How old should I be?

If you have an audition within the next two years then now is the time to start. The sooner we start working together the better prepared you, your voice and your audition pieces will be.

Current Years 10 & 11 can enrol immediately to begin preparing for auditions for 6th Form (Level 3) full time training (for example: Arts Ed Chiswick & Tring 6th Form / Urdang 6th Form / Kingsclere Performing Arts 6th Form)

Current Years 12 & 13 can enrol immediately to begin preparing for Foundation Courses & Degree Level full time training.

If I already have a singing teacher can I still join this programme?

Yes you can but I would encourage you to inform your singing teacher as you will be receiving vocal coaching from me as part of the programme.

If I train at a local dance or theatre school do I have to stop those classes to join this programme or will this programme replace that training?

Absolutely not. It is essential you continue with your other classes and training. The Successful Singing Auditions Programme is designed to wrap around your academic and vocational studies.

When will the live training Zoom sessions be taught? I’m concerned my other activities might clash.

Most of the live Zoom sessions will run on Monday evenings 6-7pm. Depending on where we are in audition season we may add other feedback sessions on other days. All live Zoom sessions will be recorded and you will be granted full playback access. Zooms won’t be held every week and it will be possible to work the programme around your other commitments.

What technical equipment will I need to participate in this programme?

You will need access to a laptop and a mobile phone with a camera for recording your self tapes. iPads can be used too. You will also need good internet connection to attend the Zoom sessions.

How much notice do I need to give to stop attending the programme?

To stop attending the programme you can email me at vocalscope@gmail.com letting me know when you would like to stop attending. I will cancel your recurring membership payments and will let you know of the last date that your final payment allows you to attend and have access to the programme content which is usually 3-4 weeks after you made your final payment. There is no penalty for leaving the programme and you can leave at any time with immediate notice if you need to.
